No one knows time management better than a full-time employee/full-time college student.
So here is a list of things I do in the week so I get shit done.
Use my planner for EVERYTHING
Block out times for homework, adult-ing and friend hangs
Constantly make lists
Kill as many things as I can together (example: visiting museums and exhibits with friends as a way to have fun, but also to write up homework assignments)
Study on the go (I take pictures of my notes on my phone and look at it throughout the day)
Use my 30 minute lunch break to jot ideas, edit pics, or engage online
Try to make assignments relate to each other so I stay in the same mindset and better produce things
I cut out television
Prep food for the week on Sundays
These may not all work for you but these definitely help me make the week run smoothly.
